Will & Woody Head To The Adelaide Fringe For An Exclusive Show
The KIIS Network’s Will & Woody are taking their national drive show to South Australia, announcing they will be performing one night only at the iconic 2023 Adelaide Fringe Festival.
Heard locally on Adelaide’s Mix102.3, Will & Woody are known for their above-average gags, banter and vulnerability and are broadcast nationally across the KIIS Network and 35 regional stations, with the duo performing exclusively on Tuesday 7 March at brand new Fringe venue, The Pyramid at Fool’s Paradise.
To bring their show to life, they’ve enlisted the help of 74-year-old friend of the show ‘Rude Jude’. Rude Jude lives in Charleville – 8 hours inland from Brisbane – and she owns a bait and tackle shop that also has a ‘a naughty corner’ with some ‘special’ adult toys. Jude has a wicked sense of humour and is a local legend in her hometown. Will and Woody reckon she’s the funniest person they know, and the perfect person for the job! The boys are also looking to enlist the help of some very special guest Australian comedians, to open the show for Rude Jude’s Comedy Debut.
Of the exciting announcement, Will & Woody shared, “We are stoked to be heading to the Adelaide Fringe for one night only. Naturally, the festival approached us and we just couldn’t say no!
“We haven’t been on stage for a LONG time, so we are excited to use our time to spotlight the nation’s best comedic talent, as well as our emerging comedic darling Rude Jude, oh, and of course there will be us too.”
Tickets for Will & Woody’s Adelaide Fringe performance are only available to be won by listeners of Mix102.3. For more details head to Will & Woody Are Coming To The Adelaide Fringe! (mix1023.com.au)
