Fringe Comedy Gala Hosted by Mick Molloy

Now in its third year, the Adelaide Fringe Comedy Gala is the hottest ticket of the Fringe, and this year is hosted by Australian comedy legend, Mick Molloy on the opening weekend of Fringe at the Royalty Theatre.

Molloy is well known to audiences from his new Drive show on Triple M with Jane Kennedy, and is a favourite on Channel Ten’s Have You Been Paying Attention? and with football fans for his show with Channel Seven. Molloy’s early work on classic shows like The D-Generation and The Late Show cement his place amongst Australia’s great comedy personalities.

The Gala showcases the best acts from Australia and across the world on one stage in a massive two act show, that’s perfect for seeing a little bit of all your favourite (and soon to be favourite) acts. Although the line up of the Adelaide Fringe Comedy Gala remains under wraps until the night, previous acts have included Arj Barker, Dave Hughes, Stephen K Amos, Sammy J, and Joel Creasy.

The Adelaide Fringe Comedy Gala is proudly presented by A List Entertainment and Triple M, and profits from the Adelaide Fringe Comedy Gala are donated to the Captain Courageous Foundation, a locally based charity dedicated to finding a cure for children suffering a life threatening Bone Marrow Failure Disease.
