Ella Hooper Tour Dates
Ella Hooper, singer and multimedia queen at large – is carving out some time to tour her new music in trio mode this March, playing songs from her intense, acclaimed double EP, Venom/New Magic.
Playing intimate, resonant rooms Ella is packing two thirds of her New Magic band – synthesiser, electric guitar and occasional percussion to dress the combination of warn retro pop and scatching singer-songwriter folk. Topped off with harmonies that chill and swell in unorthodox ways, the small scale set up still packs a punch.
Venom / New Magic was a catharsis, a startling follow up to her solo debut, In Tongues, a kooky rock record which spawned indie jams/bangers Low High and Haxan Hooper will touch on a few fan favourites from that era before giving a sneak peek, a glimpse into what shape Ella Hooper solo will morph into next.
