Allen Stone Releases New Single ‘5 Minutes’ And Touring Across Australia Next Month
Critically acclaimed singer/songwriter ALLEN STONE has released the new single 5 Minutes accompanied by an official visualiser video.
“My wife and I recently had our second child and simultaneously lost my mom to cancer,” Allen shares. “Since then the reality of life and its preciousness has come into focus. Taking time and making space for the people that matter most are what compels my movement now. My new song 5 Minutes is all about that journey. Taking time to make it slower.”
Allen recently announced Australia & New Zealand tour dates for this November. The Chewelah born soul troubadour and his band will kick off the tour in Auckland on November 11, before heading to Wellington, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and concluding in Perth on November 22.

Finding himself in Melbourne during ongoing lockdowns last winter, he stole everyone’s hearts with a sold-out residency at The Night Cat. With restrictions forcing him to play matinee and evening shows for 6 nights in a row – a feat he did without any questions asked – Stone proved he is a master of his craft, with each show as amicable and personal as the other.
