Mylk On Their Top Five Favourite Songs

Lovable indie rockers Mylk have today announced the release of their fun new single Not My Fault, a hooky track about being a bit of a bad luck magnet. The group have also released a fittingly entertaining and super endearing clip for Not My Fault; it’s a one-shot-wonder bursting with youth and personality.
Not My Fault is the perfect example of what Mylk is, a bit cheeky, undeniably catchy, with idiosyncratic vocals and colloquial charm. Not My Fault is an uncomplicated yet extremely effective track, kind of effocative of jangle legend Mac Demarco but still with a unique Mylk spin.
Mylk give Hi Fi Way their Top 5 Favourite Songs…
Hey, Ma – Bon Iver
Bon Iver has been one of our favourite artists for years and it’s always great when they release new music. Hey, Ma is a classic Bon Iver track, full of emotion and dynamic builds, it is really reminiscent of his earlier work, which is more than welcome!
Heavy Hearted – Jungle Giants
This new track by the Jungle Giants is another fun dance hit with catchy melodies and pumping bass. Definitely our new hype song before our gigs!
So Caught Up – The Teskey Brothers
The Teskey Brothers have seemingly taken over the world this year and it’s very obvious why. This track is a brilliant example of the musical skills of the band and the soulful vocals are impeccable.
Kids – PUP
Another rocker by PUP, a definite classic to have a mosh too with it’s hard hitting progressions and powerful vocals.
Contact – Big Thief
The opening track from their newest album, Contact is a incredible builder of a song, with the end climax of screams and distorted guitars being a welcome surprise.
