Underground Lovers Are Playing The Garden

Quintessential Melbourne band, Underground Lovers, return to the Garden of Unearthly Delights to perform tracks from their latest album, Staring at you Staring at Me, as well as favourites from their back catalogue.

Released in March 2017 and currently long listed for the Australian Music Prize, Staring at You Staring at Me is a triumph for the Underground Lovers and sits as a companion piece to their earlier pop works, Dream it Down (JJJ’s Australian Album of the year in 1994), 1996’s ARIA nominated Rushall Station and 2012’s highly acclaimed Weekend.

Coinciding with the release of a new video for their song, Every Sign, the band’s original line up will bring their high-energy live show back to the Garden of Unearthly Delights for the first time since 2013.

Their idiosyncratic guitar riffs and synth-pop create a timeless mixture not to be missed.
Staring at You Staring at Me is out now on Rubber Records.
