“Singles” Soundtrack Reissue

This will be a big one for Pearl Jam and Soundgarden fans looking to add to their collections with a new, two-disc deluxe edition of the soundtrack to Singles. Singles through director Cameron Crowe’s eyes was a look at the romantic tangles among a group six friends in their twenties in Seattle. – The soundtrack reissue will feature previously unreleased songs by Mudhoney, Chris Cornell, Paul Westerberg and Pearl Jam’s Mike McCready. The album is set for release on May 19.
The soundtrack was a major hit selling two million copies featuring some absolute gems with Pearl Jam’s Breath and State Of Love & Trust and Alice In Chains Would. The reissue is worth it alone just for the bonus disc.
The reissue will be available in all formats (digital, double CD, two LP vinyl release) features a bonus disc of previously unreleased songs and rarities which includes songs heard in the film but not on the original thirteen track release. The vinyl release will feature all of the original music and includes a CD of the bonus disc. The liner notes and track by track look at the songs by Crowe will make for an awesome package.
