Tusk!FM… A Tribute To Fleetwood Mac
Love, passion, deceit, betrayal and some of the most iconic songs ever written formed a sound-scape that touched every listener of popular music in the 70’s and 80’s. From beginnings in the late 60’s Fleetwood Mac made its name as a serious blues combo with Mick Fleetwood and John McVie providing the band’s name and foundation with guitarist Peter Green. Later, after inclusion of Christine Perfect the phenomenon exploded with the introduction of duo Lindsay Buckingham and Stephanie Nicks.
Tusk!FM is 6 musicians with drums, bass, keyboard, electric and acoustic guitars and 4 part vocals faithfully reproducing that great Mac sound.
Following sell out shows at last year’s Fringe, they are excited to be coming back for the 2017 season.
Their promise is to take you on a Mac journey from the early days through the hedonistic adventure that followed. Included in our show will be the entire Rumours album song list as well as a salute to the original Peter Green’s Fleetwood Mac. Let the passion envelope you as we roll out hits like Albatross, Black Magic Woman, Don’t Stop, Dreams, Go your own way, Oh Well, Rhiannon, Sara, The Chain, many others and of course Tusk!
