Party Dozen Announce New Album ’21 Bum Salute’
Party Dozen draw an improvisatory ruckus from a restrained palette. The Australian drum and saxophone duo announce their upcoming full-length, 21 Bum Salute, out November 6, 2026 via GRUPO / Remote Control. The single Euro Stomper is out now, accompanied by another memorable video, following the clip for Coup De Gronk which won Best Video at SXSW Sydney in 2025. The third film from directing duo VERSUS (Tanya Babić & Jason Sukadana) for Party Dozen, Euro Stomper casts the band as chaotic charlatans in a comical critique of the demagogues and grifters who wield outsized influence by manufacturing belief.
Of the song, the band say: “The jams for this song were extended. We could play this forever. With an undercurrent of ‘raised eyebrow’ or ‘shrug’ this one turns into a glorious stomping anthem. Perfect for the chronic submissive. Wash your hands and be rid of it all.”
21 Bum Salute is Party Dozen’s fifth album, following 2024’s Crime In Australia. Written, recorded, performed, mixed and mastered by the group themselves, it features previous singles Mad Rooter and Special Unit. It is also the group’s first collaboration with Remote Control Records in Australia and City Slang (Caribou, Lambrini Girls) elsewhere.
Party Dozen will be celebrating the release of 21 Bum Salute with a handful of Australian shows in November. This will be the duo’s first Australian tour since returning from supporting Amyl & The Sniffers in the US.
