Wildlands Festival Set Times Are Here…
Summer has finally arrived and what better way to turn up the heat than to dance your way into 2024 at Australia’s hottest new year event Wildlands Festival; across three stages in Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, today they have unveiled their set times so grab your mates and get planning.
For the biggest New Year’s Eve party in Brisbane, head to the Brisbane Showgrounds as you countdown alongside one of the biggest live electronic acts in the world RÜFÜS DU SOL and continue on past midnight with the festival’s extended licence. Kicking off the festivities is Unearthed Artist of the Year winner Miss Kannina, followed by global chart-topping artists including club and fashion icon Peggy Gou, Doja’s favourite rapper Central Cee, trailblazing founding member of Harlem’s A$AP Mob Ferg, English DJ Sub Focus will be presenting his stunning and cinematic audio-visual experience Circular Sound, queer UK singer, songwriter, and DJ Romy (The xx) and multi- ARIA Award winner G-Flip.
Wildlands is heading to Perth on January 6 at Claremont Showgrounds with RÜFÜS DU SOL, US hip hop artist Destroy Lonely and Scottish DJ Ewan McIvar closing the night.
Final stop will be in Adelaide on January 7 at Ellis Park with performances by homegrown favourites Forest Claudette, Becca Hatch, G-Flip, and The Jungle Giants. Wrapping up the whole festival is Peggy Gou, Central Cee and RÜFÜS DU SOL.
Wildlands Festival is more than just music; it’s a lively and playful interactive experience. Along with the fantastic offering of world-wide electronic, dance, indie & hip hop tastemaker artists, expect free chocolate soft serve all festival long courtesy of McDonalds, The Inspired Unemployed’s Better Beer will be bringing the fun with interactive games, and everyone’s favourite tequila Casamigos will be hosting a VIP space.
