GRAMMY® Award-winning, platinum-certified international icon Tiësto and multi-platinum singer/songwriter Tate McRae have enlisted superstar DJ/producer Joel Corry for an exclusive new spin on 10:35, the worldwide hit single co-created in partnership with Dubai’s new ultra-luxury resort Atlantis The Royal. The remix is out now at all DSPs and streaming services.

The already club ready single gets the Joel Corry treatment, taking it to new heights and sure to be heard on dancefloors all over the world.

The original version of 10:35 was joined by a strikingly conceptual music video now boasting over 10M views via YouTube following its broadcast premiere late last year. The track has streamed over 30M US streams to date and 137M globally across all platforms with 17M+ in the last week. The hit single is charting at Top 50 in 15+ markets on Spotify while simultaneously landing #2 on UK Radio, #3 German Radio, and hitting a new mid-week peak of #12 on the overall European airplay chart.

Multi-diamond certified, GRAMMY Award® winning artist Macklemore has paired up with legendary American record producer DJ Premier for his latest offering; HEROES the fourth track to be revealed from his highly anticipated studio album, BEN, scheduled for global release on 3rd March 2023. Last year saw the 10-year anniversary since the release of The Heist. The RIAA organization officially certified Can’t Hold Us Diamond and honoured Macklemore & Ryan Lewis as one of the most successful duos of the last 65 years of RIAA Gold & Platinum history. Diamond certifications make up less than 1% of RIAA’s Gold & Platinum program. These are awarded for 10 million sales and streaming equivalents earned in the United States alone with only 19 acts having more than one Diamond single in RIAA history. Can’t Hold Us ft. Ray Dalton marks their second Diamond Single Award (following 2015’s Thrift Shop ft Wanz) from the same album, an incredibly rare accomplishment.

Australian producer, DJ, and vocalist Stace Cadet has unveiled the music video for his summer-ready new single Light Me Up which was released last week. This track is the first taste of new music following his recent signing to Warner Music Australia and Medium Rare Recordings.

Opening this new chapter with Light Me Up, Stace Cadet steps into centre stage by laying down lead vocals for the first time on one of his own releases. The anthem is a bright electronic track with an infectious hook and was teased during the recent Sydney New Years Eve fireworks display.

Global pop sensation Ava Max has revealed another 80s dance and disco track, One of Us via Atlantic Records. The vulnerable, disco-pop track tells the story of a one-sided relationship and was co-written by Ava alongside Henry Walter (Maroon 5, Miley Cyrus), Mathew James Burns (Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande), Caroline Ailin (Dua Lipa, Selena Gomez), Brett McLaughlin (Troye Sivan, Selena Gomez).

The album also includes recently released dance pop anthems as the disco-powered Weapons and the passionately self-assured Maybe You’re The Problem, joined by an official music video now with close to 27M views. In addition, Max recently released an official music video for her holiday track Christmas Without You.

Thundamentals & Horrorshow have released their summer inspired banger 100 Degrees, featuring friend and long-time collaborator, Thom Crawford. The Aussie Rap legends, touring through January and February, put their heads together to get fans amped for the upcoming shows – releasing their video to YouTube over the New Year break. Filled with light, good vibes and great friends 100 Degrees is a simple, vibey joint made for the fans. The boys can’t wait to play it live on the ‘All This Life’ Tour, hitting major cities across Australia over the coming weeks.

Bonny Doon have shared Crooked Creek, the rollicking new single from the Detroit, MI trio. “We were trying to be more free in our writing and I think this song is a good example,” explained Bobby Colombo. “We had a lot of fun with the words, which is sometimes not the fun part. I love writing with Bill’s voice in mind, and he was able to really capture the spirit of this one I think.”

One of the most successful bands to emerge from the UK in recent years, You Me At Six, have just released a brand new single titled :mydopamine: via Underdog Records / AWAL Recordings.

Speaking of the track Josh Franceschi says “Dopamine is the body’s feel-good chemical, it’s responsible for allowing you to have pleasure, satisfaction and motivation.”

“This song is about someone being that for you, making you feel good, making you feel alive.”

The release of :mydopmaine: paves the way for their highly-anticipated 8th studio record Truth Decay on February 10th, along with a UK wide tour and recently announced performances at Reading & Leeds festivals later in the year.

Global pop sensation and critically acclaimed songwriter Kim Petras has released her anticipated new single brrr, an industrial, beat-heavy anthem – out now via Republic Records/Amigo Records.

Produced by ILYA (Ariana Grande, Normani, Ellie Goulding), brrr shivers with glacial synths and crystal-clear vocals and is about knowing what you want and finding someone who isn’t intimidated by you that will come closer and show you how cool they are.

Evoking endless summer days and bubbling warmth, the new single Bonfire out now from singer-songwriter Dahlia Ray blends buoyant indie pop with 90s sentimentality. Driven by optimism and demure effervescence, Bonfire is also accompanied by a nostalgic music video, complete with a key childhood staple: the humble trampoline.

Billowing with soft textures, creamy vocals and propulsive beats, Bonfire is a raw bundle of gloss and confessional lyricism, with Dahlia Ray equally drawing to mind the likes of Amy Shark mixed with soft flourishes from her current musical crushes Sia and Portishead. Teaming up with Michael Paynter and Michael Delorenzis at MSquared Productions, as well as her uni pal from JMC Academy, Johnny Grant, to ultimately bring Bonfire to life, Dahlia Ray also drew on a deeply personal memory to heighten the track’s rose-coloured sonic soul, as she explains, “Bonfire is about being optimistic about the future. It’s also about my mum’s best friend, Jan, who was a friend that became family. Jan is the oldest survivor of cystic fibrosis in Australian history. Her funeral was a big party because she outlived all expectations of her and fought right through until she was 65. Her attitude is something that has inspired us all and inspired this song.”

Ed Sheeran has dropped a moving freestyle in tribute to the late Jamal Edwards, which is now live on SBTV.

Filmed at night at an empty Stamford Bridge, with Jamal’s name spelled out in the stands behind him – home of Chelsea FC, of whom Jamal was a lifelong fan – Ed’s 64-bar freestyle is fuelled by raw emotion, as Ed details the deep grief he’s experienced since losing his best friend last year.

Ed Sheeran is heading to Australia in February-March for a massive run of stadium shows as part of his + – = ÷ x Tour (pronounced ‘The Mathematics Tour’). Ed will be joined by special guests Maisie Peters and Budjerah. Final tickets are now available.

Known for his unrelenting optimism and animated personality, LA based alt-rock artist Chad Tepper translates his enthusiasm for life into upbeat, pop-tinged alternative rock. In collaboration with singer/rapper Matisyahu, he dedicates their earnest new track Buy Us A House to his mother.

Underneath his positive exterior, Chad Tepper has faced his share of hardships growing up. The unfortunate fate of his early life saw his family facing homelessness for seven years, an experience that has forever shaped the person and artist he is today. With his mother currently residing in a trailer, Chad’s biggest goal in life is to buy her a house of her own, musing “It’s the thing that keeps me going through it all.” He continues, “It’s a dream of mine that will one day come true, so I had to write a song about it and dedicate it to my mom.”

Boasting previous singles with artists and bands such as Simple Plan, Travie McCoy, and most recently Lit with uplifting track 777, Buy Us A House is a continuation in a string of dream collaborations. This one in particular is closer to the heart with Chad’s mom being a self-professed “hardcore fan” of Matisyahu. It was a humbling moment for Chad when he learned that the celebrated artist was on board, stating “Matis is the best dude ever and to have him on this is really special.”

Poignant, soothing and irresistibly engaging, the new single Stood Here Too from Sydney troubadour NedR blends folk, soul, jazz and beyond via a fresh and emotive sonic brush. Like a warm hug of glistening intimacy, the accompanying music video for Stood Here Too, also out now, perfectly complements the emotional heartstrings on firm display throughout the track. Fans can also catch this divine new single plus all the magic a NedR live show offers later this year, with shows already lined up in Wollongong and Sydney this June.

Boasting the warmth of John Mayer and Bon Iver with a salient Aussie twist, Stood Here Too solidifies NedR’s artistic tapestry that he has been steadily cultivating since the release of his first EP Something To Say in 2019. Co-written with Dominik Dale and brought to life following Ned winning the Fender’s Players Plus competition, the end result of Stood Here Too is equally polished and poignant, harnessing a bittersweet memory with overarching hope, as Ned elaborates, “Stood Here Too was inspired by a mate who was in the midst of packing up her late grandfather’s house. It talks about the memories that are attached to said place and the hope of seeing him again someday. I wrote this song with Dominik Dale who wrote and made the first initial demo with me and also mastered the final track. Through winning the Fender Players Plus competition, in collaboration with Studios 301, I got to work with Jesse Deskovic who recorded and mixed the track. And my drummer Matthew Ferguson who really enhanced the groove of this song.”

Far From Saints have shared their debut track Let’s Turn This Back Around along with the song’s official video. It comes as they prepare to release their debut album accompanied with live shows later this year.

Far From Saints are Kelly Jones of Stereophonics with Austin’s Patty Lynn and Dwight Baker of The Wind and The Wave, together they have co-written an album evoking a cross-genre sound spanning country, rock, folk, and Americana. Far From Saints is a project born from a shared, unadulterated love of music and collaboration, rich with emotions, creative integrity and defined by the unique sound of Kelly and Patty’s vocal harmonies.

Let’s Turn This Back Around encapsulates the irresistible natural magnetism that comes when two evocative voices are drawn together. In a country tinged song which ruminates on loved ones left behind, Patty and Kelly trade verses from opposing perspectives. But as the song is elevated from sparse Americana into a richer, string-laden crescendo, both their lyrics and their harmonies show the strength that comes with a partnership that surpasses that of the individual.

Patty says, “It was important to us to have both perspectives in that song,” while Kelly adds, “‘Let’s Turn This Back Around’ particularly lends itself to being a duet.”

Following on from a prolific 2022 where Eora/Sydney raised artist ESHAAN released his genre defying debut Back To The Future, and subsequent Simulation, the young talent returns to kick off the new year with another decadent offering titled Upside Down. Each of the singles delve deep into part of ESHAAN’s psyche, asking the bigger questions to the universe, whilst drawing from a larger concept piece which is set to be unveiled later this year. Marking the third stage of ESHAAN’s introduction, Upside Down takes his complex soundscape and pairs it with his soaring vocals and introspective lyricism. Sonically employing his trademark synth glitters, as sliding synth-sirens wail throughout, ESHAAN takes inspiration from the Electronic, Pop and RnB worlds as he effortlessly cements himself within the Electro-Pop side of music as a familiar yet futuristic artist.

Speaking to the ideation of the record ESHAAN shares, “‘Upside Down’ is the feeling you get when things are about to amp up or crash and burn. Its place in my wider project sits just after perfection has been ripped away, as detailed in ‘Back To The Future’, and just before a journey is undertaken, which is further explored in the EP.” Further detailing the direct meaning, he continues “this track details how the relationships encountered whilst in the LGBTQIA+ community can make you feel all kinds of things especially so, being careful with who you crush on. It can be good and can be bad or even ugly but, either way like a drug, it can, and most probably will make you long for more. The desperation can turn you both inside out and ‘Upside Down’, but also be so good at the same time. ‘Upside Down’ is ‘desperation for perfection’, no matter the scenario, it’s a feeling, it is ‘Upside Down’.”
