One of Australia’s most cherished bands, The Badloves, are heading to the Arkaba Hotel as part of their vinyl release tour on Saturday 12 November, all while raising vital funds for Camp Quality.
The Badloves became a household name in the 90’s with their debut album Get On Board which spent a massive 69 weeks in the charts, peaked at No. 5 and went on to achieved double platinum sales.
The critically acclaimed album delivered four hit singles: Lost, Memphis, I Remember and Green Limousine. Supported by King Canyon and Mojo Dingo, the event is presented by Childhood Cancer Benefit Concerts Inc, to raise important funds for Camp Quality, a not-for-profit organisation that helps to bring positivity, fun and laughter back into the lives of kids impacted by cancer, as well as their families.
Recently crowned the Best Entertainment Venue at this year’s South Australian AHA Awards for Excellence, the Arkaba Hotel will welcome the R&B, soul band who are currently back on the road to perform their hits, along with new material including their latest single, Midnight Sun.
Arkaba Hotel Manager, Jordarn Karpowicz, is excited to welcome yet another local Australian band to the Hotel. “There’s a reason we were crowned Best Entertainment Venue in this year’s South Australian AHA Awards and that’s because we continue to host the bands and musicians that South Australians love,” Jordarn said.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming The Badloves to the Arkaba and providing our guests with quality entertainment,” Jordarn concluded.
