King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard Tour Dates Locked In
After slaying it overseas for much of the last 12 months KING GIZZARD & THE LIZARD WIZARD are psyched to announce their first shows back in Australia in over a year.
In the US they sold more than 36,000 tickets in 22 shows in 24 days selling out iconic venues like Hollywood Palladium and a legendary three night stint at Brooklyn Steel along the way.
In Europe they sold out venues up to 5,000 capacity from London to Turkey and headlined their first festival (Greenman in Wales) as well as playing major festivals in Russia, Hungary, Netherlands and more.
Globally they just reissued their first five albums on vinyl and melted the internet selling over 20,000 records in 24hrs on their website (the reissues are in stores November 2) and they still have a headlining tour of Mexico and co-headline spots at Desert Daze with Tame Impala and My Bloody Valentine to come.
With the whopping GIZZFEST 2018 line-up in Melbourne as the end of tour party to end all parties KING GIZZARD & THE LIZARD WIZARD can’t wait to get out on the road with TROPICAL F*STORM in tow (and ALTIN GUN in Brisbane) for these headline dates in Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide.
