DJ Sash

The Wild Nights Tour is coming to Adelaide for a night featuring five of the world’s biggest dance superstars live on stage. Joining together for a night of a nostalgic journey are Cascada, DJ Sash, DJ Aligator, N-Trance and Love Inc playing all their biggest dance anthems. Coming to The HQ Complex on Thursday June 21 tickets are on sale now through Ticketek. Hi-Fi Way: The Pop Chronicles asks a few questions to DJ Sash who is no stranger to Australia having played here many times through the years.

We can’t wait to see you on the Wild Nights tour. What part of the tour in Australia are you looking forward to the most?
I like each of these cities. All Australians seem to go crazy to the sound of the 90`s and SASH! I always have a great time there.

Are you excited to be playing the Wild Nights Tour with the other artists?
I am always excited. The other Artists of course I know from many other events we have done before. You know the 90`s family is a great family and you always meet again and again.

You have been in the music scene for over 20 years now. What inspires you to keep going after all this time?
The fun and the music and all people who still enjoy the sound of the 90s!!!

You have worked with a lot of amazing artists. Who has been your favourite and why?
It is hard to say as all have being special in their own ways. I love it a lot working together with Dr Alban. He is so much fun to be with on tour.

How do Australian audiences compare to European audiences?
I would say they tend to party a bit harder as they do here in Europe!!! It`s always an amazing crowd!

Any plans to produce and create new music?
I’m always producing new music. You can see it on www.dj-sash.com. I have just released a new remix of the amazing Adelante – SASH! – Adelante(Bobina Megadrive Remix) !!!!
