“I am thrilled to return to Australia with my newest burlesque show The Art of the Teese! With all new acts, and this time in seated theatres, I’m looking forward to making our return engagement unforgettable. I love coming to Australia, and I can’t wait for fans to see this new show, with more glitz and glamour than ever!”Dita Von Teese.

“I’ve been adding new elements to the show, and this time it’s an opulent new version of my champagne glass act. I worked with my best friend and long-time collaborator Catherine D’Lish to create a decadent and distinctively designed champagne coupe of gilded gold, crystallized with astonishing amounts of pavé Swarovski crystal. I feel very inspired in this moment in time when burlesque is truly being recognized, and I’m pleased to bring together this show-stopping cast for an unforgettable night.”

The Burlesque Superheroine (Vanity Fair) will be joined on stage by an eclectic supporting cast of today’s brightest stars of Burlesque, with burlesque fan favourite Dirty Martini tassel twirling while riding Dita’s famous Swarovski Crystallised Carousel Horse and burlesque star Ginger Valentine performing with one of Dita’s most beloved signature acts, My Heart Belongs to Daddy, which features Dita’s signature giant red filigree heart prop. Jett Adore brings the house down with his Zorro act that Dita calls “…the best boylesque act ever created”, and Australian Zelia Rose captivates the audience with her modern Josephine Baker tribute. Dita’s Vontourage appears throughout the 2-hour show with numbers that showcase their magnificent dance talent. The evening is hosted by comedian and singer Jonny McGovern, creator of the popular YouTube channel “Hey Qween!”
