Ones To Watch In 2026: HEADSEND

Founded by Byron Bay locals Rasmus King, brother Kyuss King, and high school friend Bon Doric, HEADSEND are quickly earning a reputation for their raw and frenetic live shows. National support for UK’s Wunderhorse earlier in the year and a series of parties for TRACKS, landed the band dates with AC/DC, AU/NZ support for Tool, and Cog IN 2025.

Giving their newfound fans what they’ve been asking for – dropping first tracks Stove and now comes Chugg (prod. Nick DiDia) which wastes no time, with gargantuan riffs and an end-of-days breakdown underpinning a fierce melodic sensitivity. 2026 will see the release their debut EP.
